Privacy Policy
How we handle the details you share with us.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, destination or region of interest, preferred travel dates, number of travellers, the service you are interested in, and your message.
How we use it
These details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to plan the journey you have in mind. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who has access
Enquiries are received by our concierge team. Where a journey requires it, relevant details may be shared with the hotels, airlines, or partners arranging your arrangements — and only to the extent needed.

You may ask us to correct or remove the details you have shared at any time by writing to info@exotictravelsdxb.com.
