Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry begins a conversation; it does not create a confirmed booking. Arrangements are confirmed only once our concierge team has written to you with the agreed details.
Our role
Exotic Travels coordinates journeys with hotels, airlines, and independent partners. Their own terms, including any change or cancellation conditions, apply to the services they provide, and we will make these clear to you before anything is confirmed.
Travel documentation
Guests remain responsible for holding valid travel documentation for their journey. We assist with coordination and guidance, but we cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by authorities or carriers.
